History was written in bold strokes on Thursday as the Olota of Ota, His Majesty, Prof. Adeyemi Abdulkabir Obalanlege, commissioned a newly built, ultra-modern block of staff rooms donated to Anglican Grammar School, Ota, by the ever-visionary Ota Gravity Club. The event did not only mark the unveiling of a building—it symbolised hope, community spirit, and the power of purposeful leadership.
The atmosphere within the school premises was filled with excitement as students, teachers, alumni, and community stakeholders gathered to witness a moment that will forever shape the school’s legacy. Cutting the tape, Oba Obalanlege described the project as “a laudable, exemplary, and deeply inspiring gesture,” applauding Ota Gravity Club for consistently placing humanity at the centre of their mission. He noted that the club has become a household name in Ota, known for rolling out impactful initiatives that uplift lives, empower youths, and strengthen institutions.
