INVITATION FOR APPLICANTS’ SCREENING AND VERIFICATION EXERCISE

The Board hereby wishes to announce that the screening exercise and verification of the Bursary and Scholarship applicants is scheduled to hold as follows:

Date: Thursday 11-13 Saturday June, 2026

Venue: Ashade Agunloye Pavilion, Ilaro

Time: 10:00am daily.

To this effect, the Bursary and Scholarship applicants are hereby invited to proceed to the venue of the screening and verification exercise with the following credentials:

  1. Passport photograph.
  2. JAMB admission letter.
  3. School identity card.
  4. A duly signed and stamped local government certificate of origin obtained from the applicant’s Local Government Area of origin headquarters. (Any other certificate obtained elsewhere is not acceptable).
  5. O’level (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) certificate.
  6. Printout of not later than the 2024/2025 academic session results from the institution’s portal or duly signed and stamped copy from the Academic Affairs Office. (For scholarship applicants only).
  7. NIN printout.

The Board wishes to reiterate that Applicants from far Institutions can submit their credentials as an attachment to yayischolarship@gmai.com for the online verification exercise. However, online verification exercise entries must be submitted before 12 midnight of Wednesday 10th June 2026. Any entry sent after the stated date and time won’t be processed.

Similarly, the screening and verification exercise shall not be done by proxy for any applicant.
