Governor 2027 movement has reaffirmed its support for Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adéọlá (YAYI) a the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ogun West Senatorial Stakeholders’ Meeting held in Ilaro , Yewa South Local Government Area.today Friday 16th January 2026.
The well-attended meeting, the first major stakeholders’ engagement of the party in 2026, focused on party unity, governance, strategic mobilization, and the ongoing nationwide APC membership e-registration exercise. Senator Olamilekan Adeola YAYI attended the gathering as the highest singularly elected representative present.
Prominent party leaders at the meeting included the APC Ogun West Senatorial Chairman, Alhaji Ekwueme; Senator Kola Bajomo; the Honourable Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Kunle Salako; Senator Iyabo Anisulowo; Chief Olu Agemo; Alhaji (Hon.) Muftau Ajibola; Chief Samuel Aiyedogbon; Chief Mrs. Iyabo Apampa; Hon. Adekunle Akinlade; and Chief Hassan Taiwo (Ogogo), Hon Babatunde Olaotan among others.
Representatives of FAYAB for YAYI 2027 reiterated the group’s commitment to strengthening APC unity in Ogun West, deepening grassroots development, and mobilizing support for the party. They described the event as a clear demonstration of Ogun West’s bond and collective determination to support Senator Olamilekan Adéọlá (YAYI) ahead of the 2027 governorship race.
