Today marked a powerful expression of compassion, leadership, and national service as Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, officially handed over three Mobile Clinic Units under the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) – Love on Wheels project, reinforcing the Federal Government’s commitment to accessible healthcare for underserved communities across Nigeria.
The initiative, personally driven by the First Lady, underscores her unwavering passion for people-centred development and her long-standing advocacy for quality healthcare delivery. Two of the mobile clinics were donated to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), fulfilling a promise earlier made by Senator Oluremi Tinubu to strengthen medical outreach through corps members serving in remote and hard-to-reach areas. The third mobile clinic was presented to the Taraba State Government, following her visit to the state during a health programme organised for frontline health workers.
Speaking through action, the First Lady once again demonstrated her belief that service to Nigerians must rise above party politics, placing human lives and dignity at the centre of governance. The mobile clinics are designed to improve access to quality healthcare, ensure quicker emergency response, and expand medical services to communities that have long been underserved.
It is her heartfelt prayer that these mobile clinics will be deployed responsibly and sustainably—to save lives, reduce suffering, and bring healing and hope to families and communities in need.
Through the Renewed Hope Initiative, Senator Oluremi Tinubu continues to translate compassion into impact, delivering not just vehicles, but lifelines on wheels, and reaffirming a national promise that healthcare must reach every Nigerian, everywhere.
